Trouble installing koni yellows

thank you for the most generous offer matt, i called up keystone and complained to my rep. about the whole situation, explaining that the "customer" was quite upset about the whole situation and talked to koni for about an hour. they gave me a credit back to the shop, which was extremely suprising, and expressed the right shocks to me... they came in on friday and im hoping to put them on tomorrow night.
