Honestly, its all about what you like. All strut bars, tie bars, and LCAs do the same thing for the most part. Just find what you like and what you can afford.

sway bars. unless this is an SI then you already have a rear sway bar, but if its a dx then you have none at all, if its an ex id keep the front sway bar and get a rear, the asr subframe brace is very popular with EKs due to their weak subframe structure with a larger rear sway bar. or you could get the beaks kit but im not a huge fan of it, coilovers is the best thing you can do suspension wise so anything else is iceing on the cake

In my opinion, everything on your wanted list except for sway bars is eye candy. I guess it could be arguable that an aftermarket rear control arm MAY actually do some good since it's more rigid. However, strut bars, etc, tend to do nearly nothing. A well set up suspension and a good sway bar combo (with ASR or similar rear bar if anything larger than OEM Si) with good brakes and nice tires will do the most on these cars. Go for the bling later unless that's all you really are wanting.

My setup is nothing crazy:

Coil over setup 1: Koni Yellows/Ground Controls
Coil over setup2 (going on car right now): Bilstein/Neuspeeds
Front sway: 99-00 Civic Si
Rear Sway: Comptech 22 mm
ASR rear brace
Rear control arms
ITR front brakes
Si Rear discs
SPC front upper arms with camber/caster adjustments
SPC rear camber kit
SPC rear toe kit
LSD Motorsports Traction bar setup

Still up in the air on wheels/tires but I'm shooting for SSR Comp C's and completely undecided on tires (they have to be TRUE daily driver tires....)
