benen rear lower tie bar issue

i know a couple people run the benen rear lower tie bar on this site. what bolts did you use to put it on. mine only thread in about 1 an a half turn. i dont like that. i took it off. over a period of time of taking that shit on and off did i mix up bolts? or do i need to get something different?

damn i cant have nothing to myself. at any rate, the bolt is to short to go all the way thru. u will need to find it somewheres else. i did not have an issue running it the way i did.

sounds like you have the wrong bolt in there .. on all the ones i have done EXCEPT my asr i have always just used the oem bolt and it's plenty long enough.

worst case just go to your local hardware store with one of the bolts and find one longer and of the same grade bolt material .. it's grade 8 i belive
