its about any type of ricer bar, so yes i am. they make so many nowadays that you can bolt to almost every bolt on the car.

First of all, that kind of money to get a cage installed doesn't come that easy for most us.
Second of all, it's not rocket science to figure it out on your own how they work. I'm not saying that every stupid little tower bar out there is functional to the highest ability of the prupose they were made for. I'm also not stating that they are going to make you're car handle to it's fullest potential. I totally agree with you to upgrade other things such as struts, camber angle, tires, traction bar so on and so forth. But to say that the bars have no purpose at all but to make your engine bay look pretty is just dumb. To really explain in the simplest way i can think of is that they (obviously) tie together your struts. So...when you are making a hard turn at a high speed the weight/momentum is being tansfered more evenly from the two points rather than having all that weight (whatever percentage that would be) on one side. Which would then cause more understeer than without one. Which would then cause you to take your hard turn somewhat slower. I'm sure there's a more elaborate explanation, but this is the basic idea of it. Now if you or anybody else could be so kind to explain their outtake on them, i'm listening.
