OBDII to OBDI
is it possible to take an OBDII engine and convert it to OBDI to be compatible to an OBDI harness, if so...what all would be necessary to do so?

You'll just have to re use certain obd1 sensors, and a distributor. There are adapters for the dizzy plugs though.
