Wiring help!!!

Hey, I need to find out which wires are which in the turn signals. Obviously the black is the ground, I need to figure out which of the other two is for the running and which are the turns. It's on a 95 civic cx hatch.
1995 Civic CX Hatchback (work in progress)
2001 Civic LX Four Door (stock as the day she was born)
