I paid a shop to install my wiring harness and noticed after install that two wires were clipped and now my odo, speedo and tac are nonresponsive. I need a wiring guru and I'm willing to compensate for time.

Fuel gauge and temp still work or are all cluster functions dead? The HX auto kind of throws a little crap in the mix as it used a CVT controller separate of the ECU IIRC. You may need to compare the green plug pinout on the HX harness to the green plug pinout on the EX harness and also do the same for the driver side strut tower plug. You'll probably see a few differences but the ones you are interested in would be VSS and tach obviously.
