crank it over for while, then loosen the nut on the fuel line (at the fuel rail), fuel should spray out. if it doesnt then you may have a fuel problem, have a rag handy and dont set your car on fire...

put more gas in it, i have been in almost the same situation as you are and it was because there just wasnt enough fuel in the tank.

edit: that and the ground for the fuel pump was disconnected.

have your tried spraying starter fluid into the TB to see if it will start... if it still wont start its more then fuel, if it startes then it's just fuel and all that is easy to figure out ... even if you have to run a new line to the tank

Is everything connected right? you doube checked all connections to make sure the pin outs didnt come loose? I put in a walbro 255 in my civic, and didnt notice the pin out was bad so it wouldnt start. got a new connector, and re-pinned the connector started right up. check all grounds if its not a wiring issue then check to see if the line has fuel like stated above if it doesnt then the pump could be bad. rare, but still can happen. manufactors can mess up from time to time.
You can talk shit all you want! eventually noone will care about your input. :yo:
