Ok, i had my buddy do a motor swap in my civ, (d15b7) and we came into a tiny problem with the dizzy which is now sovled. but just after i noticed a real high rpm rev and soon as i crank it over, causing my belt to sqeak uber loud and it differs, from reving up and down a k or just starts reving really high then i cut it off. now if i put in drive it stops but anytihng else it starts back. and ive been told a few things, check coolant level, clean my idle control valve, re align my thottle cable, but nothings helping.
can you guys help a noob out?
