Where the harness plugs into the ecu its dfferent. The ecu is found in the passenger side corner of the car. OBD2A has a plug, a blank space, a plug and a plug. OBD2B has a plug, a plug, a plug, and a blank space.

1996-1998 Civics are OBD2A. 1999-2000 Civics are OBD2B. Integras are a little different. I can't remember them off the top of my head but check out FFSquad Technet. They have all kinds of info on this topic.
