are you staying with obd0? or swapping to obd1. you need some more info.
if youre going from d15 to d16a6 you need pm6 ecu. i have one if needed.
if youre swapping in a obd1 lets say d16z6 then you need p28 ecu.

If you are swapping up to the D16a6(the SI engine) you will need the PM6 ECU to run properlyHatchGirl89;244895 wrote:what do you mean going from the d15? like i have all the stuff that came with the car, the guy gave me the stuff and said all im missing with the si ecu to switch over?

for simply putting a MPFI manifold onto the D15B2(the DX engine) you will still need the PM6 but you might run a little rich at WOT unless you chip it.

you need a pm6 ecu from an 88-91 civic/crx si or four door ex and an mpfi distributor from a d16a6 along with an intake manifold, throttle body, fuel rail, injectors, sensors, resistor box, and d16a6 fuel line, believe it or not the a6 fuel line is important to have; you need the one the goes from them fuel filter to the fuel rail if you use the dx one you will have problems! you should also get a matching throttle cable, your dx one will work but it will be looong.HatchGirl89;244895 wrote:what do you mean going from the d15? like i have all the stuff that came with the car, the guy gave me the stuff and said all im missing with the si ecu to switch over?

ok so what would be the best bet to find the a6 fuel line and all the other items? would it be expensive to have all the things? and get a different throttle cable?stolle;244899 wrote:you need a pm6 ecu from an 88-91 civic/crx si or four door ex and an mpfi distributor from a d16a6 along with an intake manifold, throttle body, fuel rail, injectors, sensors, resistor box, and d16a6 fuel line, believe it or not the a6 fuel line is important to have; you need the one the goes from them fuel filter to the fuel rail if you use the dx one you will have problems! you should also get a matching throttle cable, your dx one will work but it will be looong.

can you take a picture of the parts you have and post it?HatchGirl89;244902 wrote:from what i could see what the injectiors, fuel rail, the distubtor, some wires im not sure if it is the a6 fuel line or not?
the fuel line is maybe 10" long with banjo fittings on either side, it could possibly still be attached to the fuel rail with a large nut. the only way to tell is if you take the fuel line off of the fuel rail and look at the holes in the banjo fitting one will be larger than the other, thats the difference between the dx and si fuel lines. the dx line has holes that are the same size, so if you use a dx line on a si fuel rail it will not allow enough fuel to pass through and starve the engine for fuel, if it even runs at all.
