My plans for my 98 DX is forward:
d16y7 block
d16y8 head
S20 5spd MTX
Vitara setup
Jackson Racing Supercharger
Chipped P28 ECU on Chrome
I want to convert to OBD1 hence the P28 ECU, but I will be using a OBDII engine. Is there anything else I need to do besides a OBDII to OBDI wiring harness adapter to get this to go properly, and ready for tuning? Are there other things I need to wire up, change, replace? Thanks in advance.

ECU Question.
What Gunmetal Si said.
Skip the Vitaras. They're going to hurt you in the long run.
S20 Transmission means nothing but that it's from any 92-95 Civic. You want to make sure it has the B000 stamp on the casing by the passenger side axle input. This means it's an EX/Si transmission.
