Need help all motor d16 wont warm up

that hose is correct thats the same diagram just set up deferently

Well, somewhere water/coolant is bypassing the thermostat. You have put a new Tstat in or just used ones? Seems odd regardless that it would overheat. Only 2 things that make sense at all is thermostat and that loop hose. Even the heater valve open won't make it run much cooler (maybe 10 degrees).

Other than What Ryan has said, all I can think of is a broken heater core valve.

Ya see i thought maybe since it was open that the water would just bypass the thermostat. I've heard of ppl getting bad thermo.. from the auto parts stores so i'll go back this is my second one there is no way in hell i can get 3 bad ones

Ok well off to bed I go. I'll pull the thermostat out before i goto work and buy another one tomorrow. I'll check this in the morning for anymore ideas thanks guys
