super confused

your best bet would be to use a p28 or p72 with a custom tune (crome, neptune or uberdata) to my knowledge there is no software for the p13 ecu which means $$$$ for tuning, if you dont have mods that would benefit from tuning ie: cams, header, etc. your wasting your money if all you want is the speed limiter removed...
