C/C Light when hitting brakes?

ok when ever i hit my brake pedal on the car my cruise control light comes on... problem?

that would suck if your cruise would want to kick in while you're trying to stop...

stupid question, but does it have cruise or did they possibly swap in a different gauge cluster and the light is plugged up to something else?

thats what im thinking. with all these problems you are pretty much rebuilding the entire car from scratch. depending on the purchase price, or that might not even matter, i'd say part it all out and use that money to start over, although as i am finding it is very hard to find a decent hatch for cheapish right now

different cluster in the car, it doesnt engauge c/c it just puts the light on, doesnt affect driving at all on it. but i got the car at a great price... it only needed a blinker, 1 tail light, water pump gasket and a front bumper for it to go fine.. just doing some other little stuff to it while i am at it...

wow that is weird oh wait a minte when the brake fluid gets low it throws a lighet maybe when they switch the cluster the got the brake light mixed with the c/c light?????? thats all i can think of

heres how you tell if it is that way

on the break resivor pull the conections(there should be 2) and then see if you get a light any kind of lite
