5th gen parkig break issue

the parking break light keeps coming on and turning off while driving. i've tried to tighten it i'm wondering if it could be too tight causing the light to come on?
Could it also be the rotors?

Does this happen only in the winters? Mine does the same thing from time to time in the cold.

check the fluid level if its low that light will come on

agrees with fluid level, as well as the sensors/switch.
