Starting Issues

[FONT="Palatino Linotype"][CENTER]I own a 93 Prelude Si 2.3L 5spd recently I changed my clutch out to a Stage 2 Street Performance clutch, since doing so I've been having issues starting my car, when I start the car it turns but won't start all the way up most of the time, then once started it sometimes idles low then either dies out or acts as if it's going to die out & jerk a bit, sometimes when going into 1st gear to pull off the gas won't engage and the car either sits there, dies out or tries to jerk through the issue until the car starts moving.

What could be the cause of this issue? I was thinking my alternator but the few ppl i've spoken with about it and have seen and heard it for themselves say they don't think it's the alternator.

Also my power steering randomly stopped working after replacing my clutch, I don't believe it's gone out bc before the clutch swap it was fine and had no signs of going out.

Well... I'm definitely a rookie, but since you need the clutch down to start any modern car, I suspect the clutch isn't installed correctly, or a sensor of some kind isn't reading the new clutch properly

Is the sensor broke or just the wires/clips? Jank it back together and make sure that was the issue.
