It is possible to but a cable driven tranny in my auto del sol

I am switching over from auto to stick, and as of right now i have a cable driven crx si tranny. I know the del sols all are hydro trannies, but would it be impossible or just two much of a hassle.

If anyone has a hydro tranny also hit me up, or if you need a cable driven tranny.

I am going to say switching over to cable wont be easy seeing as the petal assembly for a manual del-sol is for hydro. I have seen people use hydro trannys in cable cars using an adapter from HASPORT.

could use the pedal assembly from the crx

will the tranny mounts work. I know crxs have front tranny mounts that civics, and del sols have in a different spot.

converting cable to hydro wold be a pain in the arse... as stated they make a cable to hydro conversion but i dont think they make it the other way. Your best best would be to pick up a hydro tranny and put it right in less hassel and ALOT less money.

front tranny mount is different. if you want to redesign the front crossmember and suspension, i believe you can get the front mount to work.
