91 civic main relay

Post by Sully »

hey guys, just wondering if anybody knows where to get a main relay for a decent price. moneys tight right now and i dont have 55 bucks to spare for a new one. sorta need one real soon. lol. i have three from junkyards. what are the odds that i got 3 bad ones?
the car will be driving great then just randomly die. most times it starts right baack up. sometimes it sits for a few minutes, then will start. sometimes it takes a long time to restart. i sat for 45 minutes early today before it restarted. sometimes it does it multiple times. sometimes it doesnt do it again for the rest of the day. driving me insane

If you can solder, you can usually repair them for free.

Some times it's not visible to the naked eye. Try reflowing all the solder. Depending on what part of st. Louis you are in there are a lot of people that could help you out.

this.

But also, it might not be your main relay at all... might be ignition switch or bad ground somewhere or who-knows-what.
