250 - Impossible.
You'd need to basically copy Sharpie's old setup.
200 - Probably doable with the stock pistons, maybe with the right cams.

Port/Polish, cams, cam gears, valves, springs, throttle body, full cold air, injectors, full rail, header, nice exhaust/proven #s, full tune, and many other little things.
It can be done, you just need time/money and thought to work #s out per piece you buy. Good luck on the build if you decide to go this way.:thumbsup2:

A lot. More money then you are going to want to spend. It'd be cheaper to boost your car. I made 240whp on 93oct and not one part was untouched. I had very agressive cam setup very high comp for the street my bore was bigger than a stock gsr. I had a head that was very ported I also had a $1200 header custom built I had itbs and a tune from the greatest. 250whp is impossible without bottom end work and 200whp isn't gonna be easy with out pistons.
gudg racing you're never gonna catch me!!

Just to put it into perspective, read my crx's mod list in the vbpicgallery. I probably made right at 200 whp, maybe a few more.

He says stock gsr so I assume he doesn't want a b20 bottom which he will need.
