Where to buy jdm motors or rebuilt motors?

So it goes like this.....

My buddy in Montana needs to replace the motor in his 97 gsr. He isn't a car guy and I'm trying to help him get back on the road. I am looking for a place online that sells either jdm low mileage or rebuilt obd2 b18c1 short blocks. I'm not finding much other than this site.

I bought my JDM GSR full swap from www.hmotorsonline.com for right around 3500 but the sell motor only as well.
