Who can weld a flange into my IC pipe for me? (aluminum)

I live in St. Charles and was wondering if anyone new of a good place (as close as possible but willing to drive) to weld an HKS BOV flange (I have) into an intercooler pipe (I also have) that is aluminum?

exactly. i live down by cuba and drove up to rick to get things done. have no problems driving up there again if i ever need anything done, well worth the time and gas money to have him do it IMO
