cylinder misfire help

98 honda accord...
this is my uncles car and im having problems with it
we had codes for misfires, egr and one other

was p0301, 302 and 304
also p1399

now only one left is p0302

compressor check all good
new plus wires cap rotor and wires.
new injetor on #2
when u pull number 2 injector power plug off no change in the motor..
also new egr and pulled the intake and cleaned out all the carbon...

what am i missing here??
it has a miss at idel but runs great other wise

Pull the #2 plug and wire. Keep the plug in the wire and touch the plug to a ground. Do you see a good solid spark?

yepp didnt do it that wa i have the spark tester that looks like a spark plus u clamp to a ground.. but ya good spark

ok quick update rechecked the compression myself
cylinder 134 have 160 and 2 is only at 10
added traany fluid into the cylinder and still only at 10 seems it may have a bad valve??

Pull the vc and see if the spring looks more compressed than the others.

gonna try nd check it tommorrow... if it is im guessing bend valve? car has 270,XXX miles runs great other then at idel.. and idle the car has a bigg miss
but when driving u cannot tell theres any problems at all..
his problem is he cant pass emmission with it like this

Could be a couple things, but most common would be bent valve
