slow throttle response

Having a problem with acceleration on my k 20. When ever I'm at 2000rpm or a little lower my motor seems to have a little shake and I get a poor throttle response from the motor. I mainly only notice it in second and third gear. I notice it well I am driving in a specific gear and once I go to accelerate the response is poor and there is a slight shakiness at the sametime.

also its a 07 accord with 70,000 miles on it
