I have an b18b1 swapped into my hatch cx, im using the half mount radiator too. the fact that the radiator is half the size shouldn't have any effect on what thermostat i get would it. Just the amount of coolant that it uses.
correct me please if i am wrong.

just get an ls thermostat and you will be fine
i may not be "logical" but at least i can change my oil...
