Get a strap wrench to hold the crank pulley.

If you still have issues, use heat directly to the crank bolt

Finally if its still stuck get a stronger impact.

I just took mine off with an impact last week. Lower one tire to the ground and put it in gear. Created enough resistance for me to get it free. I've recently heard of someone holding the brakes down for you too.

Put the car in 5th gear... hand someone stand on the brakes hard. Use a big breaker bar and pop it loose.

That is how I have done it the last couple times. Worked even on the last time just a week or so ago and it was on tight enough an electric impact or a cordless would not work. Air probably would have but I do not have air at my house.

I've seen Rickles use one of these monsters on it. Takes em ALL off in seconds.

damn ^

I've never had luck getting a crank pulley off with air. Twice I had a compressor brought to my house to use and ended up getting it with a "breaker bar" aka the handle off of my jack over a socket wrench and a screwdriver in the flywheel to hold the motor from turning.

Usually I can get it with a combo of liquid wrench, heat, a strap wrench, and a fresh battery on the impact.
