idle problem need help!

I need some help i have a 1996 honda accord with a f22b1 v-tec engine. I have checked all my vacum hoses,changed my throttle body,sensors and i still cant get my car to stop idleing can anyone help me out????

This is a little hard to understand, is the idle high, is it rough, or when you turn the key off it keeps running. The way you have that worded I am thinking your problem is that the car won't turn off.
