O2 sensors

I just put a be full exhaust on with a high flow cat and new o2 sensors in and it's throwing a code that my cat is bad. Plus I need it to pass inspection by April. Any ideas of what's going on? And how to fix it.

It's on a 98 lude h22 base model

do this and you shouldnt have a cel, i did the same thing on my ep3 with a race header and no cat and i have never had a cel.

So what dose this do? Does it slow the gases or something?

It basically restrict the amount of gasses going by the O2 sensor, causing it to read lower than the front O2 making it look to the ecu like there is a cat

i have had a mechanical o2 simulator, on my ep3 since installed my header about year ago. i have never had a check engine light, the part number is 42009 its $5.69 at oreilly's, then just follow the directions in the link.

so i did that and im still getting a code. my heater cat.... is bad. its code p0141 and p0135 .

Had a CEL after input my Fujitsubo w/highflow cat on.. Did the O2 censor gap/plug thing. No CEL.
