whats hot/not for the ludes

hey guys possibly picking up a BB6 in the next couple days. had some questions for all you current prelude owners.

-is it gay to buy the knock off mugen bumper?
-what are good suspension options
-has anyone local done the s2k push button swap into a bb6?(just wondering to see if i have any local references when/if i do this)
-any special mech/electrical flaws that i should be aware of (like my brother b6 passat insistent check engine light problem)

looking at a 97 a two 99s
one of the 99s is an SH with the mesh grill and is entirely MINT minus a giant scratch in the door.(Steph you got any spare doors??):fruit: completely rebuilt in 06 trans/motor

the other two are nice cars for their age and would be great to own as well. both already have been lowered and new clutches i/h/e and 17inch wheels.one is black the other red.

thoughts and oppinoins on the situation are helpful....should i just go for the SH (all stock) or go with one of the others that has some slight mods?? Discuss....

G series swap with a turbo sized for a DD. Builds boost nice an low, still alot of fun to drive

Agreed with Tommy, only because I'm biased lol.

I have seen knock off Mugen fronts look pretty good so I say do it! I have the Ksport Kontrols for my suspension and LOVE them, I know others go with the GC coilovers and Koni yellows a lot too on the preludes. I don't know of anyone local who has done the push start but there maybe someone out there who knows.

As far as flaws or common problems with them goes there really isn't any. If you take care of it you should have almost no problems. BUT if you want to mod it to make a good amount of power I suggest NOT getting an SH then.

I also don't have a spare door for ya I'm sorry

going to be a slammed and slow car. i will most likely go with the SH silver 99. is ther any reason you said not to mod the SH or purely because it hasnt been molested yet so why start now?

going to start first with amber Fogs w/ jdm fog light switch, JDM tails, and Depo black housing head lights. then i was going to slam it and get some bbs lm's and call it a day for now.

That looks hot, and plus one on K-Sports, I have em, steph has em, and josh has some. They can go SUPER low. I could lay frame with mine but I'd never be able to get it back up lol

Why? Thats like saying I should have just bought a base instead of a Type-S. Maybe he would prefer the premium model?
