hey guys i just got a 94 prelude with an good running h23 . i want to swap this engine and trans into my 98 civic . dose anyone who what all i need to complete this swap and if anyone has done it. i was wondering about the ecu and wiring

first question is do they do an OBD scan for emissions in godfree il(this can effect how you go about the swap)?

yup 95 and below dont need emmissions mines a 98
