D16Y8 Bogging, help please

The knock sensor is most likely not causing the issue you're having. But it's not helping you either. All DTC's and their causes need to be addressed and fixed before trying to diagnosis other issues. If you have an OBD2 scan tool and a list of code(s) the car has, I can help you a bit more.

I dont have a scan tool. :( but maybe I will throw some plates on it tomorrow and run up to the auto parts store. The only thing I got when I jumped the harness was 23.

Ok so no more CEL's. I have replaced the knock sensor since it was broken, drained all the year old fuel, and set the timing and I am still havin issues.

It also wants to die after I drive it and get on it, but only when I come to a stop.

Maybe you don't have the wiring harness routed in the stock location. If you can loosen it somewhere to get the needed slack, it would still be worth a try.

Probably the most common problem after a swap, happen to me more that a few times
