anyone on here ever swapped a half radiator in a crx? not rigged.

i put an eg radiator in my ef civic but had to cut up the front frame a little

civic half radiator in crx
I have one in my 91 Civic sedan. My car though has the stock tabs wehre the rad sits removed and a flat piece of metal welded connecting the two tow hooks with spots on it where the radiator pegs sit. Works excellent and allows me to put it on the passenger side (currently) or driver side if i needed.

civic half radiator in crx
not rigged as in hood not holding it in or zip tied down. im curious on how to do it cleanly without hacking up the core support.
