A/C Clutch Engagement

So i originally thought jus the pulley on my h22 ac pump went bad, so i swap the clutch, pulley, n magnet(from h23 pump)..reassembled, clutch engages but it not makin presssure so the actual pump is bad.....so i do some research and the only difference between the pumps is the type of refrigerant. so i reassemple the h23 pump...all goes together great but now the clutch wont engage and neither is the fan.......so i assume its not gettin power to it at all.....all connectors are plugged in and clean.

..is there a fuse i may be missing, anything would b helpful?
