h22 sleeves

so i know i guy with an h22 that needs a rebuild but i have a set of 350 heads that he wants. he says the block has a fallen sleeve.......my initial plans for the block was to build it for a turbo setup meanings sleeves and pistons anyways.......will new sleeves b all it needs or does the fact the sleeve has fallen mean there is some other type of problem with the block and even tho its a part for part trade will it b as simple as buying darton sleeves and gettin them installed?

well the guy sold the block so i think im gonna look back into a high comp build....jus lookin for 250 at the most cuz im driving everyday

wether he goes fi or na, i would suggest dropping the h22 block and going with a f22 or f3 block.
