hf manifold w/ 14b turbo, is it a/c compatible?

I have a 00 civic with a d16y7 and a 14b turbo. I currently have a/c and power steering. My question is; are hf manifolds with the adapter plate a/c compatible?

Thank you for any help.

I searched a few pages under "hf manifold a/c" and got nothing helpful.

running the same setup on my car and there was no room for a/c
