i say polished i had a set of 15's on my red ek hatch and they look good on red.

Exactly what N2HIFI said. White, polished and silver look the best. But it's your choice.

The Prelude you posted isn't bad. Needs a more aggressive front painted lip, stock headlights, more wheel, less tire, and more 'low', IMO.
