D16 non-vtec to vtec

how much wrk is it to change a non-vtec d16 to vtec? i kno nothing about these motors and all i find wen searchin is b series. my friend has a crx and wants to make the conversion

Vtec head(d16z6 or d16y8 head) Wiring harness for the head, head needs to be complete with dizzy, intake manifold, injectors, fuel rail, and you need the ecu for that wiring harness and a obd1 to obd0 jumper harness.
