wheel opinions...

So since I'm new to the Honda world, someone needs to let me know if the wheels I want are weak suck or if I should go for them. I have fallen in love with the Rota Slipstream in a 15 and the darker bronze. Is this a good call or are these wheels played out? Any info is great and I'm ready for the attacks if I'm wrong.

This should get some good responses.

I personally like them, they are the best knockoff you can get aside from the real thing. Some might say they suck balls, some might say they are the best thing(ok a little over exaggeration, but you get the point).

If you can't afford the real thing(spoon)(Rega's), then the rota slipstream is the next best thing at an affordable price.

Just my opinion.

The Desmond Regamaster/Spoon SW388 (Rota Slipstream) is probably one of the best looking wheels in my opinion, but only in 16"-18" versions with a decent offset. Rota seems to have a hard time replicating the lip and offset that Desmond has on their wheels though. Yes, it is a very played out wheel. If you're putting this on your Prelude, do at the very least a 16" wheel. And I think bronze is a bad color choice. With the faded paint and rust, bronze will make the imperfections on your car more noticeable. I know because I had a faded and rusted red Honda with bronze Slipstrems

haha, cool. By the time I get the wheels, the bodywork will be in progress. Im not investing a penny into anything else on the car until the body is straight. And I agree, the 16s look perfect, I just hate seeing my tires go to waste as they are in great shape, but I would like the added width. So Im sold on the 16, but if not bronze, what color? Im not a fan of black at all, no offense, just been there done that type of thing. Am I the only one who likes that picture? Its perfection to me
