white exhaust smoke

hey guys my name is Trevor and i picked up an integra the other day and there is white smoke coming out of the exhaust when i start to hit boost its turboed forgot to mention but i was just wondering if any of you guys had any ideas on what could be the problem. i was told it is a good possibility that it could be one of the piston rings are starting to fry.. so if anyone could help me out it would be appreciated thanks.

white as in steam? oil smoke is bluish/whitish. best way to know if rings are going is to pull a plug and look into the cylinder. if the piston tops are wet it sould be rings.

If it only smokes when boost hits it's probably the seals in the turbo....check your intercooler piping for oil and check your turbo for shaft play...a little back and forth is OK but side to side shaft play could be bad

If its not ball bearing then it should have some shaft play only ballbearing turbos can be checked like that..it can damage a wet float/journal bearing turbo's seals if you shake the shaft...just helpful fyi

OP, is your turbo water cooled..?
