Emmisions issues.

Okay so my plates are do and I have to do safety and emmissions. passed safety, but failed emmisions for the check engine light being on. Code P1337 from what I read it is the secondary crankshaft sensor which my B16A does not have. But I am currently running my car on a P2P for the emmisions. any ideas of what I can do to fix this?
