WTF, help plz

Had MaD! stuttering today on the way home. Felt like mis firing or somethign (stutter) . All started after my detail this weekend. guess there was a leak in the spark plug area. Had about a shot glass of water in one of them. got the water out. ran fine. then today i come home pull out the wire plugs and this is what i find.

The Metal contact came out of the plug. am i right in thinking that i need new wires now?

Lol yeah. Buy some quality plug wires if you already didnt (NGK).

Wow, everyone tells you to buy OEM or NGK wires and you buy junk that's going to cause the same problem again? Awesome.

Just Rob there, with ZERO learning curve. Well i was told those were the better ones over the Cheapest ones. they had to order NGK and would have taken atleast 4 days, i need the car tom.

But yea, idles smooth again now, Pops said could have been the fuel filter, so im checking that next.

Tommy, ever heard of someone ending up with water in there(let alone that much) after a bay detail? seemed odd to me
