So I have a general universal muffler and piping that I think I can possibly make work for my car. My question to all you Honda experts is this:
The 91 HB original comes from the cat all the way down passenger side and at the ass end past the rear wheels cuts over and shoots out the driver side.
Can I cross over half way under the car and just shoot out the driver side?
(If that makes sense)
Attached a very crappy mock up lol
the picture shows how the 91 exhaust should be and I did a red drawing of what I would like it to do.
The only problem I can think of is running the exhaust pipe between the I guess it's the axle and the bottom of the car.
Hope all this makes sense

you can if you want your exhaust to drag on the ground. the bottom of the cars have an area that is raised so that the exhaust is tucked in under the body of the car, if you go out of the raised area, the exhaust will have to hang under the bodyline.
so technically, yes you can. but it will drag. to fit like its supposed to, no.

Damn ok thanks for the info.
Never would have guess it would be this much trouble to figure out this damn exhaust lol
Would any hatchback exhaust work on it or just 88-91?

Ok guys I have decided I am probably going to have to get one off of ebay since I can't find one anywhere else.
Out of these which one would you guys use:
1. DNX flange back for $110 shipped

2. Dual aftermarket exhaust $60 shipped

Like the price of the second one but the dual probably would look dumb with out a different rear bumper. I was thinking if I did the dual I could possibly cut the pipe from the passenger side and plug that section?
Thoughts comments?

I agree the dual makes no sense but did you read the idea of cutting the second pipe off and patching the hole for a single?
It would look something like this but flip flopped
