Teg won't start need help

Driving downshift 3-2 car died now won't start told could be couple things.
So tried three pieces of advice changed main relay,fuel pump,and fuel filter have no spark or fuel pressure. A member of another forum had same problem replaced same things and shop told him distributor went bad. Could this be my problem would it explain having no spark fuel pressure please help.

how many miles on your integra? ignition switch?

spark yes but not fuel. check the wiring at the ecu. or ecu itself.

95 yeah but cpl other ppl on here no more about the modifications and all fuses are good

see if anybody has a dizzy you can try to see if thats the issue

probley a bad ignitor

asked him about the dizzy, the only person close to him is 30miles away and his is a 00 gsr, he has 95? so that wont work.
He said he's not getting any fuel pressure either...
