car wont start (n2hifi please look)
alright, i know it has to do with the starter not getting enough power to turn the motor over, i tried changing the starter out , then when i took the old one home and hooked it up to a bat and tried that way it worked fine, for some reason when the car is on but motor off the horn wont work and the starter just clicks in to place but doesnt have the juice to turn the motor over i know it is not the batt cause it does this even when being jumped and the headlights do not dim when turning the key, i belive it is a short somewhere and i was wonder where the positive wire for the starter leaves the main wire... i know chris did the wiring for this car so im wondering if he would have any idea what it could be... i know a couple weeks back i started the car on a hill and smelled something that was like an electrical burning, i didnt smell it after that, the other night i got in my car to start it, it turned over once then only clicks (my car's pedal assembly is broke so i start it in gear, im about to fix that and would like to have a starting car before then, any help would be great)

if that relay was blown would it cause the starter to click at all?

Not related to the main relay, it's voltage related use a volt meter to measure the voltage between the bat , rear main fuse on the power wire and starter. There is probley a issue along there.
Here is the way the 12v lead runs in that car
battery
fuse
distroblock behind the glove box on fire wall
starter
you probley have a burnt connection somewhere along that path
if you can't figure it out I can come look at it for you over the next day or so and if you don't have my number it's 314 651 1201 and if I don't answer make sure u leave me a message with your number cause I DONT answer for numbers I don't have saved but iwill call you back for sure
