youd probably need valve sprins, retainers, an adjustable cam gear and youd also need to redo the valve lash and possibly degree the cam in not sure how agressive it is but id wait for some of the d series guys to chim in cause i know jack about them

Yeah i wouldnt do a stage 2 with a stock head. Even stage 1 cams i think its even good\needed to do some other mods to head as in valves, springs, retainers

Yeah the cam comes with springs and retainers because they are needed because of the lift im eventually going to mess with the head i was tring to decide what to do as far as performance goes and i think im going to see what this little d series can take lol! its alot easier for me to do a little at a time with my d series than save up 3k and do a engine swap.

Yeah you will defanately have to use aftermarket springs and retainers, because even with my Junk2 stage 1 cam on my Y8 bent a valve on the top end.
