Help me with my header!

Is there a noticable difference in performance in a 4-2-1 header and a 4-1 one-piece header? My car has a crappy ebay ceramic header from the previous owner and the downpipe is dented up pretty bad I guess from when he hit a curb or something... I need a new downpipe for sure and figure I might as well get a decent header while i'm at it..?

421 header for low end power, 41 is more for high end.. so decent 421header and 2" collector try Greddy or Comptech and for 2.5 colloctor try SMSP or Hytech replica, all depends how much your willing to spend.. SMSP can run upwards of $700 while Greddy can go $400.
