New problem, can't get the crank pulley off. That some one put their soul into the bolt because I have tried it, Several ways, my brother tried and it still will not come off. Even sprayed WD-40 on it and still would not come off......

Ok
1. Most hondas dont run harmonic balancers.
2. Yes your timing can be off as much as it wants and the pistons and valves will never touch as long as the timing belt is in the correct position. You can twist that distributor any way as far as you want. If your belt has jumed a tooth than that is a different story.
3. Try the starter trick to remove the bolt pulley(search honda-tech for details)

Put the car on the ground put it in 3rd gear or so put a breaker bar or ratchet with a cheater bar on it and yank away and make sure your e-brake is set and she will come right off.

Update for all you ladies and gents.....
Timing redone, still not turning on
Getting fuel, Open the throttle all the way and it gets like it wants to kick over, but it does not. Sometimes pops like it wants to but no dice.
Exhaust Manifold: 2,3,4 are hot, one is not 1. Yet when I pull the spark plug wire off 4 it seems like it is turning better, yet still no turn over.

Why go through all that work? Remove #1 plug and bring it to TDC.

all the trouble it is actually worth it to make sure it is right unless you bent some valves or what is your distrubutor sitting at right now?

100% sure timing is on. I checked it twice, re did the belt twice. I've had my belt be off a tooth, and still have my car run at 75% power. I have tried 2 Dizzys in all the positions possible.... still not turning over.

No its called a crank pulley. A harmonic balancer uses rubber or fluid to cancel out vibrations from the rotating assembly.boxbodyblazer;188193 wrote:Yes but their technical term for reference to any vehicle is harmonic ballancer
