i was looking at a schematic for both a 91 lx and a 92-95 and the only orange wires i see are connected to the distributor. and the tandem control valve on the 91. do you have the engine schematics for both years?

Yep i am an idiot i found the IACV plug hanging behind my brake booster.
Plugged it in and now the IACV works just fine and code it gone.

I don't think I have the schematics.
I have tried looking at the wiring diagrams in my Haynes manuals. I have one for both engines. But i find those things to be little help.
Do you have the schematics in an electronic form you would be willing to send to me?
If you can't it is not a big deal.
I am assuming that my D15B7 does not have a tandem control valve as it appears to be only a DPFi thing.
I guess i should start working on my car around midnight all the time.

Thanks again for the help.

ill see if i can get the schematics for you, the ones in the chilton manual make sense to me, but then again, i have taken many classes electronics. im glad that you found the missing plug, also is it still throwing code 6? if so, does the fan kick on? my car was throwing #6 and temp gauge sending sensor was shot.

Well I got it all figured out tonight.
Turns out that i had not hooked up the CYP sensor.
I had run two wires from B15 and B16 on the ECU which is the CKP sensor but i had forgotten to run two wires for the CYP from B11 and B12.
Once i got that hooked up properly the car fired up fine and all the codes were gone.

Thanks for all the help guys.
