the ZC is not a good platform to build. Its really part of that JDM fad thing. If you want a reliable turbo DD, just go with a basic d16

The ZC. The wagon could be a cool, different build. Just do a B20 VTEC

And for a DD I don't want to go to all the effort to do the CRV 4wd conversion.

Too much hassle, money, and WAY too many things to go wrong.

if you wanna stay awd i think they make a h2d kit i know they make h2b but im pretty sure they make an h2d and that would let you swap in an h22 and keep it awd i dont know if the drivetrain could hold the power but id be a lot of work but would for sure be different and one hell of a ride off the line

but id just swap in a b20vtec and make it fwd

Id just stick to a Dseries, and turbo it. I had a ZC in my 91 Si, and at the time, it just seemed like to big of a hassle to try and figure out what parts, off what car I needed for each individual part. If you want it reliable, Id stick to a cookie cutter turbo D. But you will have traction, so thats a plus. lol

i dont really remember what the limits are, but i believe if you turbo a d in a awd civic you will break driveshafts and/or rear differencials.
