Okay I have a 95 hatch with an itr block/b16 head and my car is burning quite a bit of antifreeze. I changed the head gasket twice and no change...Im losing about a quart of antifreeze at least every tank of gas. I checked for cracks on the head and block but did not see anything noticeable. Car seems to run fine besides the white smoke and I promise you there are no leaks from the engine to the ground. Oh and there is no milky oil...I have not seen a sign of the oil and antifreeze mixing in the radiator or oil pan. Any ideas?
Also I have been finding what seems to be oil in the third cylinder in the intake manifold and exhaust manifold...I know that could mean rings are going but I promise the smoke smells of pure antifreeze and my oil level has stayed pretty constant.
Hows your radiator? I`ve got the same problem, but not as much as you. When im at high rpms it comes out of the top of my radiator where they cripmed the core and top together. Took me awhile to find out that it was leaking there. Just a thought that you could watch there, and i dont leave puddles either.

you put a new intake manifold gasket on each time you changed the headgasket? was the head and block surfaces checked with a precision straight edge? did you have the head checked for cracks at a machine shop? ....although i have yet to see a cracked honda head...even ones ive seen running so hot they completely melted the timing covers lol
did you get the ehad resurfaced? that would be a good idea and is only about $30-40 make sure you get a mirror finish.
My guess would be something in the antifreeze lines in the intake manifold like andyjt said try taking the sensors and lines off while the intake is off the engine and run water through them and see if anything leaks into the inside then if you can pressurize it like the coolant would be when the engine is at operating temperatures. Or just throw a completely different intake on there and not even mess with testing it. The oil looking stuff is probably antifreeze/water that has taken on the carbon buildup in your cylinder or in the head
There are only 3 ways that coolant will get into your INTAKE if it's not being blown up in there from the cylinder:
1. TICV has sprung a leak and is leaking into the intake
2. IACV has sprung a leak and is leaking into the intake
3. The coolant nipple hole in the intake gasket has made a trail to the #4 (not #3) intake runner and is spraying coolant in there. Like MIke said, if you put a new intake gasket on each time you did the head gasket, this will not be the issue.
You can also test for leaks that a warped head (VERY doubtful) or block deck (possible)would have:
1. Put each cylinder at TDC one at a time. You will need to hold the crank so the piston can not move. Pressurize the cylinder (air compressor) with your radiator cap off. Watch for bubbles. Also, have all plugs removed during this and look into the cylinders for evidence of coolant magically appearing. Make sure the cylinders are empty before reinstalling plugs to prevent hydro locking.
2. Get a coolant pressure tester and pressurize the cooling system. With plugs out, watch for coolant entering any cylinder.
